What Makes Mycelx So Special?
MYCELX is a patented polymeric surfactant technology that is used to infuse removal technologies like air or water filters. MYCELX instantly bonds to hydrocarbons to make them hydrophobic and viscoelastic (rather gooey to you and me) thus removing them permanently from the air/water stream. Single pass efficiency through a MYCELX filter is 99.9% with only 0.5 psi pressure drop at saturation. As no water is absorbed by the filter you can remove upto 300 g of hydrocarbon per 10" length of cartridge. You can't beat that with carbon or any other product!
