As heating fuels increase in price and carbon emissions need to be reduced inline with government targets water treatment becomes increasingly important to improve the efficiency of boilers. Our service covers both the equipment and chemicals, and also setting up the blowdown of the boiler.

Not all premises employ facility managers with hands-on experience running a boiler house. We can certainly ensure the water quality is correct for the boiler and that only as much water as necessary is heated, rather than blowndown and wasted.

One of clients has three 5000 kg/h boilers installed, and never properly commissioned. We have taken these three, fitted new dosing pumps, optimised the controls (which were incorrectly wired by the installer). The client now has three boilers which work efficiently.
