This is a bespoke service to help clients understand their water systems and outline suitable remedial actions. For example, one of clients had a problem with discharging cooling tower sump water to a natural water course and the collection sump repeatedly clogged up with scale (amongst other things).

We worked out how the water chemistry was working, optimised the water treatment system upstream and wrote a simple effective action and management plan.

We do provide advice free-of-charge over the ‘phone however this can only scrape the surface of a particular problem. We have found that our clients like this approach to begin with but understand that a deeper, broader survey may uncover more information that was previously disregarded or though not to be of importance. Put simply, we like a challenge and we like helping clients.
